A fun, actionable workshop to help you create an actual physical, fully customizable anxiety relief toolkit, filled with carefully selected objects and super-practical mindfulness techniques to ground & center you when anxiety, stress, or overwhelm hits.
Anxiety isn’t just a feeling – it takes over!
I HATE feeling anxious (and I’m sure you relate!)
It’s not just the physical sensations—like the racing heart, sweaty palms, and dry mouth—although they’re very uncomfortable.
For me, the worst part is the realization that I’m not in control.
For most of my life, I avoided feeling anxious by throwing myself into action—doing anything I could to dodge that feeling of powerlessness.
And for a while, it worked.
But then I became a mother…
You can’t run away from your emotions forever…
…and anxiety was no exception.
As a new mother, ALL my emotions were super-sized.
And anxiety brought along with it, a crew of unwelcome companions—intrusive thoughts, emotional flashbacks, panic, overthinking, and rumination.
I was left with no choice but to face my anxiety head-on.
Through mindfulness practices, I not only faced my anxiety—I learned to make friends with it and listen to the wisdom it has to offer.
Here’s what I discovered…
Feeling anxious is a sign that we care deeply.
It is the most exquisitely sensitive people who are prone to episodes of anxiety.
And here’s something else you should know:
Anxiety isn’t our enemy. In fact, anxiety tries to protect us.
It shows up to anticipate threats and give us the energy to guard ourselves against danger.
But when we’re in the grip of those overwhelming sensations, it’s almost impossible to slow down
long enough to hear the message anxiety is trying to send.
So, what do we do then?
We turn to practical, tangible tools, rooted in mindfulness principles,
to soothe the physical symptoms of anxiety—so that we can pause, breathe, and listen to what anxiety has to say.
And most importantly, so we can feel cared for and soothed by the one person who knows us best: ourselves.
That’s why I created this workshop—to guide you through building your very own personalized Anxiety Care Toolbox.
Unlike generic anxiety kits, this box is completely tailored to your needs.
You’ll handpick items and mindfulness techniques that work for you—things that bring you calm, comfort, and relief when you need them most.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Build a physical toolkit with soothing, grounding objects that you personally choose (like cozy shawls, calming stones, or your favorite scents).
Use mindfulness-based techniques to calm your mind and body, focusing on your senses to pull you back into the present moment.
Create personalized affirmations, rituals, and sensory-based practices that you can turn to when anxiety strikes.
You’ll also get access to 5 audio tracks to guide you through different mindfulness-based practices for anxiety, a gift from me to you.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a tangible, real-life box filled with tools to manage anxiety in a way that works for you—because only you know what truly calms you.

Hi! I’m Nimisha
I’m a surgeon, so I know a thing or two about stress.
I’m a mother, so I know all about not having a moment to sip your coffee in peace, let alone dedicate hours to a meditation practice, or other self-care.
I’m an ADHD-er, so I know that what seems to work for everyone, doesn’t actually work for everyone.
Mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016, but only changed my life in 2019 when I became a mother.
My approach to mindfulness is super-practical and trauma-aware, and is rooted in the body and leads to radical self-acceptance.
I believe, deeply and truly, that doing our inner work is what gives us the strength and clarity to impact the external world and leave it a better place. And that mindfulness is foundational when it comes to inner work.
