Mindfulness = Awareness + Compassion
…but the way you access it is through your body – your breath, your movements & sensations, the 5 senses.
…but it’s NOT about filling your mind up. Nor is it about emptying your mind of thoughts.
…”But, I’m not the meditation sort?” You don’t need to meditate to benefit from mindfulness.

I know you’re busy…
…juggling multiple responsibilities that often seem to conflict with each other. Work. Family. Maybe even kids.
It’s no wonder that you feel irritable, all the time. The smallest thing can make you snap…
You’ve promised you won’t be so cranky, that you won’t yell again. And yet, you do.
Mindfulness can help you break this cycle of anger & guilt.
(And to remind you that you are human, and that compassion and repair will go a long way to strengthen your relationships).
And if you’re a parent, struggling to manage your anger, you may want to check out this resource
Here’s the Thing…
I’m NOT going to ask you to retreat to a mountain top, or sit for hours under a tree, cross-legged and blissed out, or even to lock yourself up alone in a room.
No! My brand of mindfulness is one that we will weave into the very fabric of your daily life.
So that you can experience the benefits of mindfulness – peace and presence, calm and connection, and joy (yes! Joy!) no matter what is happening in your life.
“Nimisha Kantharia is an extraordinary artist and mindfulness expert who brings a unique and engaging approach… She shows us how mindfulness is not an abstract concept confined to the mind, but a tangible practice rooted in the body. Nimisha has an ability to make complex ideas accessible and relatable, and I think her work continues to inspire and uplift many people, …”
MARCELLE SIEGELHi! I’m Nimisha.
I’m a surgeon, so I know a thing or two about stress.
I’m a mother, so I know all about not having a moment to sip your coffee in peace, let alone dedicate hours to a meditation practice, or other self-care.
I’m an ADHD-er, so I know that what seems to work for everyone, doesn’t actually work for everyone.
Mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016, but only changed my life in 2019 when I became a mother.
My approach to mindfulness is super-practical and trauma-aware, and is rooted in the body and leads to radical self-acceptance.
I believe, deeply and truly, that doing our inner work is what gives us the strength and clarity to impact the external world and leave it a better place. And that mindfulness is foundational when it comes to inner work.
