You are here…

And I’m here to tell you that…

…your activism, your life’s purpose is fueled by your inner work.

By tending to your inner landscape you gain the strength and clarity needed to to shape the external world in accordance with your values.

Mindfulness is a foundational self-care practice that helps you to know your true self, cultivate radical self-acceptance and live a life guided by your values.

And you, dear friend, deserve this sort of tender loving care. Even from yourself. Especially from yourself.

It is only through radical self-acceptance and self-compassion, that true and sustainable change is possible.

Practical mindfulness… based on foundational principles of human psychology and backed by evidence-based neuroscience.

Mindfulness practices… that are modified to meet you where you are and adapt to your needs, and personality.

No matter how busy you are, I’ve got you covered.

Meet Team Not Just Mindfulness

The Surgeon

As a surgeon with over a decade’s practice in government teaching institutes as well private practices across India, I know a thing or two about stress.
Mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016.

The Nurturer

It was only when I became a mother, in 2019, that mindfulness truly changed my life. I learnt about the connection between the body and our emotions, and how to use self-compassion to find a wise & kind friend inside myself.

The Nerd

The one who has 20+ books on the go. Simultaneously! Across 4 different e-book apps on her phone. This is the part of me that chases courses and certifications for the sheer joy of learning, while honoring my lived experience.

The Writer

I’m an avid journal-er, with a journaling lineage that goes back 3 generations. But I also enjoy organizing my thoughts in structured yet creative ways, and my essays have been published in, and awarded by, various literary magazines.

The Artist

I discovered art late in life, at 37. But what I lost in years, I made up in enthusiasm. I have studied multiple mediums including watercolors, soft pastel and acrylic. My dream is to create an art-curriculum for self-development for adults.

The Square Peg in a Round Hole

A proud and joyful ADHD-er, this is the part of me that cares deeply, rallies against injustice, and understands that self-care practices, like mindfulness, don’t work when they are prescriptive; they need to be modified to suit people.

Mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016, but only changed my life in 2019.

When I became a mother. When I let it.

May I show how to use mindfulness and radical self-care strategies to live a fulfilling life, guided by your values

so that you can change the world?
