You are here…

…because you attended Joi Renique’s moving and inspiring Grief is… Summit and grabbed the ALL IN ACCESS PASS.

…because you want to learn more about how mindfulness can support you and help you to live a life according to your values.

…because you are a busy person, who is not in the mood to another fluffy self-care course, or practice to your never ending to-do list.

You are in the right place! Welcome.

Want to know more about the course before you commit? I got you!

Make Mindfulness a Habit has EVERYTHING you could ever need to get started with mindfulness right away…

…a super-practical and actionable course that teaches you the principles of my trauma-aware, body based approach to mindfulness so that you know the why behind what you need to do to make mindfulness work for you.

…the course is short (you’ll finish watching it in less than an hour!), and broken into short segments for quick consumption on the go so that you can start integrating mindfulness into your daily life RIGHT AWAY (which is where the magic happens!)

…my layered strategy of mindfulness practices versus rituals versus micro-moments, so that you know HOW TO access to mindfulness no matter how busy or chaotic life gets (to be honest, that’s when I need mindfulness the most!)

5 audios to guide you through the 5 types of mindfulness practices (these are under 5 minutes each, and will set you up with a solid foundation for mindfulness practice)

a 30 day mindfulness journal to help you reflect on your experience with mindfulness so that you can actually reflect on where it’s making a difference in your life and what needs to be modified.

Hi! I’m Nimisha.

A surgeon, mother & mindfulness teacher from Nagpur, India. Mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016, but only changed my life in 2019 when I became a mother. That’s when I moved away from using breathing meditation as stress-buster, and dove deep into body scans and self-compassion practices.

I run a member-ship called The Middle path – Mindfulness your way where I teach my super-practical, body-based and trauma-aware approach to mindfulness.

When I am not geeking out over ways to make mindfulness helpful to every single human being, you’ll find me pottering in my art studio, or reading to my 5 year old.
