Get out of your head – and into your… hands. You’ll find peace of mind at your fingertips – literally!
In just one hour, you’ll cut, paint, paste, sprinkle — and even sew (yes, sew — on paper!) — to create a botanical mixed-media artwork with seven leaves of different textures: a literal touchstone to help you ground yourself in the midst of your full, beautiful life

For the woman who’s too busy NOT to slow down…
You spend your days moving fast, thinking faster, and caring for everyone’s needs. Because you’re too restless to lounge about doing nothing, and that restlessness gets in the way of sitting still long enough to meditate, or even just relax. What if rest did not have to mean stillness, and grounding could be found through creative and purposeful movements of your hands?
The seven leaves project – art you can touch
Presence at your finger-tips. Peace in your hands.
Seven Leaves is a form of process art – a simple, guided mixed media project that focuses on the sensory experience of turning everyday materials into a textured art-work.
And yet, you are also creating a tactile talisman that you can reach for in moments of chaos, to help you ground through the sensation of touch.

You’ll learn …
• The 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique and why touch is the most accessible of all five senses
• How to create a “texture board for adults” inspired by children’s sensory books
• How cutting, gluing, and crafting naturally steadies your breath and recalibrates your nervous system
You’ll walk away with…
• A beautiful seven-leaf artwork with different textures designed to be touched, not just admired
• Your own 2-hour creative reset ritual you can repeat whenever you need to get out of your head
• Confidence that you can create calm with simple materials you already have at home
• A tactile reminder that peace doesn’t require sitting still—it lives in your hands.

I’m Nimisha
I’m a surgeon, mother, and mixed-media artist who discovered that the fastest way to calm the mind is often through the hands, not the thoughts.
I created Seven Leaves after watching my child explore sensory books and realizing adults need tactile anchors just as much. As someone balancing surgery, motherhood, and creativity, I know that traditional “sit still and breathe” methods don’t work for everyone.
I have long wished to marry process art with mindfulness, and Seven Leaves is my love letter to textured art, and the power of our sense of touch to help us get present and grounded.
