Come as you are. Take what you need. Leave with a new relationship with your body—and simple, practical tools to deepen it.
What if your body wasn’t something to fix, control, or push through—but something to be in conversation with? And where do you even begin?
You start by listening. You begin with curiosity. You start here.
This is for you if…
💫 You are carrying grief, heartbreak, or exhaustion that sleep can’t fix. You wake up tired, go to bed tired, and in between, you wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
💫 You are juggling too much—work, family, responsibilities, the invisible labor no one sees. You hold everything together, but you’ve stopped paying attention to yourself.
💫 You’ve spent years putting others first—to the point where your own needs feel like an afterthought. Maybe you don’t even know what they are anymore.
💫 You carry emotional weight that had nowhere to go. Maybe it’s grief no one acknowledges. Maybe it’s heartbreak you had to push through. Maybe it’s something unspoken that lingers in your body.
💫 You’re curious about your body—not as something to fix, but to be in relationship with. You sense there’s something here for you, but you’re not sure what.
💫 You want a different way to be with yourself—one that is softer, more honest, and more sustainable. No forcing. No pushing. Just presence.

Hi. I’m Nimisha.
As a surgeon, I was trained to only respond to a body—whether my own or others—when it was ill, and crying out for help through symptoms.
As a mother, I learned, through experience, the profound connection between attention and love—how tending to an infant’s physical needs was perceived as safety and care.
As a mindfulness teacher, I saw how the body speaks to as all the time—through the language of sensation, and breath, and patterns of tension.
In my somatic trauma training (and through hours of personal therapy), I came to understand that the body holds our stories. Memories. Generational patterns that shape the way we move through the world.
As an artist and writer, I learned to explore and express all of this—to give language to what often goes unseen and unspoken.
And as a surgeon, I saw—with undeniable clarity—how all of these pieces were the missing context to the illnesses I was trained to treat.
So I bring you this experience, weaving together all of these disciplines, insights, and ways of knowing—personal, clinical, creative, ancestral—to create a space where you can finally listen to what your body has been waiting to tell you.
