Do you feel scattered all the time -jumping from one unfinished task to another, only to end the day wondering where all your time went and why you didn’t manage to get *anything* done?
Do you ever lash out over something seemingly ‘small,’ only to feel an immediate flood of guilt, and then replay the scene in your mind over and over (for the REST OF YOUR LIFE?)
Does the thought of someone not liking your work—or worse, criticizing you—send you into a spiral of self-doubt and make you avoid putting yourself out there at all?
You’ve bought ALL. THE.PLANNERS., the organizing tools, and productivity courses that seem to work so well for others, but somehow, you *still* find yourself unfocused (except for when you’re so hyper-focused that 8 hours have passed, and you’re contorted at your desk like a pretzel, having forgotten to eat or even to pee!)
Maybe you’ve even played the medication roulette, and found a drug that works like a charm—until it doesn’t.
And then well-meaning people recommend mindfulness meditation…
and trying it out feels like a very specific form of torture…
like showing someone stranded on a desert island,
a painting of an ice-cold jug, filled to the brim with clear sparkling water, and expecting it to slake their thirst.
I’ve looked into this extensively and what I’ve found is that…

People get prescriptive when it comes to mindfulness meditation.
Close your eyes. Sit still. Focus on your breath.
And that just doesn’t work for ADHD-ers.
Or, they aren’t specific enough. Stay present. Don’t judge your thoughts. And you’re left wondering…
What does that even mean? and How is that possible?
My approach to mindfulness is different.
I teach you the principles and show you how to modify the practices so they suit you.

I GET IT…
…because I wasn’t the ‘meditation sort’ either!
Until an emotional and physical health crisis forced me to try it. That was when mindfulness saved my surgical career in 2016. (I didn’t even know I was ADHD then!)
But mindfulness only changed my life in 2019, when I became a mother (and got my diagnosis!)
And this decade long journey, this evolution in my understanding of both mindfulness and my self, has informed the way I both practice and teach mindfulness. Mindfulness is also the way I manage my ADHD in a world that’s not built for people like me. ADHD meds don’t suit me, and while I am pro-medication for those who want and need it, I though this might interest you. Because I believe… Medicated or not, every ADHD can benefit from mindfulness, and that’s what I demonstrate in the workshop.
What you will learn :
In this 90-minute pre-recorded workshop (broken down into easily digestible chunks with captions and transcripts to suit YOUR specific learning style!), we’re going to dive into:
–The mindfulness equation and why it’s more relevant for ADHD-ers than a boring old definition.
–The ABC framework and how each alphabet is the DIRECT SOLUTION to one common ADHD challenge you face (hint: I referenced them in the questions at the start of this page)
-How to exercise your ‘attention muscle’ so you can FOCUS and direct your attention at will (most of the time!).
-What the body has to do with impulsiveness and emotional reactivity – and how to manage it.
-The antidote to RSD – say good-bye to those shame spirals.

IN ADDITION:
I’ll be sharing insights on how to approach mindfulness even if…
…you’re not the meditation sort, you just can’t sit still, and you’re busier than a mom of two under 2.
This workshop is designed to get you to fall in love with and unconditionally accept
your big, beautiful ADHD brain using timeless principles of mindfulness that are oh so-customizable!
As a bonus, you’ll also get 5 guided audios for each of the 5 mindfulness practices—
each under 5 minutes—so that you can get started right away.
Hi! I’m Nimisha
I’m a surgeon by training, mindfulness teacher by calling, and proud ADHD-er who’s madly in love with my wonderfully wired and weird brain.
I’m also a mom to a curious 5 year old who shows me how to access beginner’s mind every single day.
When I’m not chasing after my little one or getting lost in a book, I’m here to show you that mindfulness isn’t just for monks in caves. It’s for people like us— busy, brilliant, and more than a little bit chaotic.
My mission? To help you realize that your ADHD brain isn’t a problem to fix—it’s a masterpiece to embrace.
I’ve spent the last decade diving into the science behind mindfulness, blending it with real-world tools for neurodivergent brains.
And may be, just may be, if I can make mindfulness work for me (after a life-time of thinking I wasn’t “the meditation sort”), I can help you, too.
